Is the price I see really final?
Yes. Every price on OneTapFly already includes our service fee. The amount on the button is the amount your card is charged — no "airport taxes" surprise at the last step.
How fast do I get my ticket?
Tickets are issued automatically right after payment. In most cases the e-ticket lands in your inbox within a few minutes; if an airline takes longer, we email you a status update and keep chasing it.
Why do prices show a validity timer?
Airline fares are held for about 30 minutes after a search. We show the remaining time honestly instead of re-quoting you a different price at checkout.
What happens if the booking fails after I pay?
If an airline cannot confirm your seats after payment, our team refunds you in full by hand, to your original payment method and in the currency you were charged, and emails you when it has been sent. You never pay for a ticket that does not exist.
Can I book for my family?
Yes — up to 9 adults plus children and lap infants (under 2, no seat) in one order. Children and infants need the same travel documents as adults.
